The 2025 International Conference on Big Data Mining and Information Processing (BDMIP 2025) will be held in Xiamen, China, from December 18th to 20th, 2025. The event is sponsored by Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College, and technically co-sponsored by Shenzhen University.
The conference will showcase scientific research aimed at addressing challenges in big data mining, application, management, and security. Key objectives include:
-Fostering scientific and practical advancements to support the integration of big data technologies into various societal domains;
-Promoting fundamental and applied research in big data, with a particular focus on data mining and data security;
-Developing recommendations to enhance computational models, research methodologies, engineering approaches, and technologies in practical big data applications.
Big data technologies have significantly advanced the understanding of complex data representations, enabling innovative modeling and processing methods across various scientific disciplines. Addressing data-intensive tasks such as segmentation, causal inference, and generative modeling is essential for driving scientific breakthroughs. Moreover, increasing attention is being paid to model interpretability, particularly through the integration of AI and big data.
Accordingly, the theme of BDMIP 2025 is: Enhancing Scientific Discovery through Advanced Big Data Technologies.
